This independent investment bank is looking to add an additional member to their London team
Our client is an independent investment banking firm focused exclusively on corporate finance advisory services to technology companies. They provide clients with advice on public and private mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, equity capital raising, as well as a range of other advisory services.
The group is looking to hire a senior analyst/ junior associate into their London team. The team has high deal flow and so is looking for an individual that can hit the ground running and support the team in all areas of the transactions.
Requirements
• Three to four years experience in either Tech space or any other sector but with a degree/masters in Computer science
• A high level of knowledge and interest in the Technology sector
• Scandinavian or German Language skills are a bonus
