Prominent Financial Institution seeking Business Line Controller
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be supporting their division and product line heads of large complex lines of business with management reporting and business analysis and decision support designed to improve growth and profitability and high returns for the Corporation.
This is accomplished through a process of financial planning, forecasting, measurement, review and analysis.
This includes new business and revenue dynamics, cost drivers, customer profitability and segmentation, channel profitability, key business measures and monitoring the financial impact of business initiatives.
The candidate may also provide this support to a major geographic region or a management accounting head of a large line of business or group of businesses with multinational presence.
Will also be responsible for the oversight of certain financial accounting and reconciliation functions that exist within lines of business or legal entities that exist to support these lines of business.
Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a BA/BS in Business or equivalent experience.
MBA or CPA preferred.
Twelve (12) or more years progressive accounting and financial analysis experience with a least ten (10) years of management experience.
In-depth broad-based knowledge of advanced financial management concepts and managerial accounting and reporting concepts and processes.
$125K-$175K plus bonus
