The group has been the proud recipient of the prestigious Energy Risk Magazine Derivatives House of the Year award twice in the last three years. Commodities are embarking on an aggressive programme of expansion, including the development of a new trading centre in the US. The Commodities Technology team develops, enhances and supports applications for the entire range of Commodities trading businesses. The primary focus is on pricing, deal capture and risk management solutions. In order to maximise business benefit and to gain competitive advantage, these are primarily developed ‘in house’ although we utilise the leading Commodities vendor platform, OpenLink for certain parts of the operation.
