For one of our clients, A LEGAL ADVISORY FIRM, we are looking for a: Corporate Tax and Investment Fund Lawyer Job Description The candidate will be working principally as part of the corporate tax and investment fund teams of the company and will report directly to the responsible Partners. Areas of responsibility include: • Tax planning and implementation of international corporate restructures; • Implementation of international corporate structures and restructures; • Structuring and setting up of investment funds; • Drafting of general commercial contracts. Your Profile • The position requires a qualified lawyer with at least five years’ relevant post qualification experience, preferably in the area of corporate commercial law. • An excellent academic record and relevant qualification; • Qualified lawyer with three to five years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate tax or investment funds; • A commitment to a career in international corporate tax and/or investment funds; • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team; • The ability to prioritise and plan a challenging workload; • Excellent client relationship skills; • A systematic work method with high attention to detail; • A high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point; • Fluent English, including the ability to draft complex legal documents in English and, preferably, a good working knowledge of French.
