International hedge fund looking to expand their NYC operation seeks experienced, systematic high-frequency traders to start ASAP - happy to guarantee bonuses where necessary.
My client specialises in high-frequency trading. They have excellent infrastructure, links to all global exchanges and an excellent track record. With offices around the world, they are currently looking to expand their NYC team with the addition of several traders in the high-frequency and automated market making space.
Candidates for this role should have a strong track record trading intra-day strategies in either a hedge fund or with a prop-desk in an invetment bank. A quantitative background is expected as you will be required to take responsibility for the full life cycle - from strategy research, through backtesting, implementation and execution. It is therefore likely successful candidates will have at least a masters in a relevant, scientific discipline.
This is an opportunity to work for a group with vast experience of the high frequency trading space, huge ambitions and a genuine entrepeneurial outlook. The successful candidates will be extremely well compensated - my client prides itself on fairly paying large revenue creators, with a contractual percentage of your PnL.
